Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals and warranty documents must be included
  • Products must be unused and undamaged
  • The return form must be fully completed

Important Exceptions

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, the following cordless power tools cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or if the product has been used:

  • Accu Blazers (Cordless Blowers)
  • Accu Kettingzagen (Cordless Chainsaws)

Return Process in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Retouraanvraag – [Order Number]

I would like to return my purchase:

– Product Name: [Product name]
– Reason for return: [Wrong product/Defective/Not satisfied/Other]
– Preferred solution: [Refund/Exchange]
I confirm the product is unused and in original condition with complete packaging.

Step 2: Wait for Our Confirmation

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Approval of your return request
  • Return instructions
  • A unique RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include the completed return form (which you’ll receive by email). Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or due to our error. We recommend using a track & trace service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product within 3 business days. You’ll then receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

After your return is approved:

  • Credit Card/PayPal payments: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • Bank Transfer: Processing time 7-10 business days (please provide your IBAN with your request)

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Submit a return request as described above
  • Clearly indicate your desired alternative product
  • For price differences, you’ll receive a payment link or refund
  • The new product ships once we receive and inspect the returned item

Defective Products

For defective HiKOKI cordless tools within the warranty period:

  • Contact our customer service
  • We may offer repair, replacement or refund
  • In some cases, we’ll refer you to an official service center

Professional User Tip

Keep the original packaging of your cordless tools for at least 15 days after receipt in case a return is needed.
